Friendship House is a charitable organization (Registered Charity Number : CHY 18082) set up to offer practicable support to people going through personal crisis. With over four hundred thousand people unemployed and that figure growing all the time, there are thousands of people under immense pressure both emotionally and financially. Over the past number of years we have seen the fundamental rules for Christian life being torn apart by one scandal after another with ruthless consequences. Spirits have been broken and lives shattered by selfish acts of greed and perversion, perpetrated by those with no regard for their fellow citizen and ultimately themselves.
We are inviting people to become supporters of Friendship House and enable us to provide a range of services on an ongoing basis for people experiencing personal and family difficulties. Included in these services will be therapists, counselling, accountancy, financial advisory, legal assistance, life skills and home management coaching. A nationwide network is being put in place facilitated by Friendship House whereby supporters can access these services.
